The best overall results by the first team and the U20 get the Guaraní the title in Santa Fe
Paraguay became the champions of the southern leg of the Liga Evolución CONMEBOL, and will fight against the winners of the North Zone for the South American crown.
Although the Guaraní did not top the table in neither the first team nor U20 divisions, their overall results made them the best team in Santa Fe (Argentina). Indeed, hosts Albiceleste edged the Albirroja in the last game of the competition, but after the 8-0 win by their U20 side, the Guaraní side had the title under control.
Uruguay and Argentina, with an overall of 13 points, follow Paraguay in the table, with Chile and Bolivia closing the standings.
