Denmark win 6-4 against Estonia.
Denmark staged a stunning comeback to defeat Estonia. Denmark opened the scoring through Lucht in the first period to take an early 1-0 lead.

Estonia responded in the second period with a dominant display, netting three goals. Kallaste scored once and Lepik struck twice to turn the game around and lead 3-1 heading into the final period.
In the closing period, Denmark roared back. Wegemberg reduced the deficit before an own-goal gave Estonia a 4-2 advantage. But the Danes turned up the pressure with four quick goals, two from Damn and one each from Frandsen and Wegemberg to complete a remarkable comeback victory.
Italy win 7-2 against Czechia
Italy kicked off strongly in front of their home fans, taking control early in the first period. Remedi opened the scoring, giving the hosts a 1-0 lead heading into the break.

Italy’s momentum continued into the second period, with Santini’s strike increasing their tally to 2-0. Czechia managed to respond through Pekar to reduce the deficit, but Giordani found the net to restore Italy’s comfortable 3-1 lead by the end of the period.
In the third period, Italy turned up the heat. Alla added his name to the scoresheet before Giordani completed a brilliant hat-trick. Though Trampota managed a consolation for Czechia, the result was already beyond doubt as Italy sealed an emphatic 7-2 victory.
Group B
Moldova win 6-1 against Latvia.
Moldova secured a commanding 6–1 victory over Latvia. Cojocari opened the scoring early in the first period, and a Latvian own goal doubled Moldova’s lead before the break.

The second period saw Moldova take full control. Cojocari added two more goals to complete his hat-trick, while Vieru also got on the scoresheet. Latvia managed to pull one back through Grïslis, but Moldova ended the period firmly in charge with a 5–1 advantage.
Eremia sealed the win for Moldova midway through the final period, rounding off a dominant performance to claim all three points.
Switzerland win 9-7 against Belarus.
In a high-octane encounter between Switzerland and Belarus, the opening period alone delivered seven goals. The second period was just as lively, with Belarus pushing back through strikes from Novikau, Drozd, Bokach, and Hapon’s second of the game. Switzerland, however, held firm. Eliott, Hodel, and Gmür all completed their braces to maintain an 8-6 lead heading into the final period.
Belarus kept the pressure on, with Drozd completing his brace just a minute into the third period to narrow the margin. But Switzerland held their composure, with Hodel’s late strike sealing the 9-7 victory in a 16-goal thriller.
