Administrative issues will not let the Palestine National Team fly to China, and the competition gets reformatted
The Palestinian FA has just announced that, due to administrative reasons, the Palestinian National Team will not be playing in the first annual Asian Beach Soccer Cup 2013 in Haiyang.
After that communication, the Organizing Committee has decided to maintain the two-group competition format, and has agreed to have the teams in group A (China and Thailand) playing twice, so that every team in the competition gets the chance of earning six points.
