Group A remains with three teams and Krylia Sovetov and Tokio Lequios replace BSC Kristall and Asregina
After the draw was held, Hungarian team Goldwin Pluss officially communicated their withdrawal, so Group A remains with three teams: Alanya (TUR), Moghavemat Yadz (IRN) and Meizhou Hakka (CHN).
In group C, in turn, BSC Kristall will finally not participate in the competition. In this case, another team of the same National Championship, Kryla Sovetov, will replace the Russian champions after the agreement reached with the Russian Football Association (FUR).
In the women’s competition, and after the issues that prevented Asregina (JPN) from taking part in this World Winners Cup, Tokyo Lequios has been appointed as the replacement from the Japan Football Association.
