FIGC’s 1st coaching course to kick off next week

Between 21 May and 14 April, 66 hours of content will see participants learn about different aspects of the game

The FIGC (Italian Football Association) officially announced the launch of the first beach soccer course, to begin next Monday, 21 March. The program will consist of 66 hours of online lessons and face-to-face classes, which will be held at the Olympic centre in Tirrenia.

The preliminary sessions, held in January with the academic body, lay the foundations for this new and exciting venture, which aims to give the participants all the necessary knowledge and tools to lead a successful coaching career in a sport as unique as beach soccer.

The different modules will be taught by some of the most knowledgeable beach soccer experts in Italy, beginning with the Azzurri national team coach, Emiliano Del Duca.
