TSOR win 8-3 against Spartak Varna.
First blood went to Spartak Varna as Balinha put them in front within the first minute. TSOR hit back with two goals of their own courtesy of Piatrouski and Suslov. TSOR went into the second period 2-1 up.
The second period and the goals came flooding in for TSOR. Novikau scored to make it 3-1 within the first two minutes. Three quick goals as Suslov and two more from Novikau to make it his hat trick put TSOR 6-1 up going into the final 12 minutes of the game.
Novikau added his fourth to put his team 7-1 up in the third period. Djambazov pulled a goal back for Spartak. Balinha scored his second of the day to make it 7-3 but it was too little too late as a Vadayevich goal for TSOR topped off a five star performance which saw TSOR soar into the final eight.
Real Münster win 8-7 on penalties against Farmaè Viareggio BS, after a 3-3 draw in the match.
The German side saw themselves 1-0 up in the first minute with a goal from Hodel to see Real Münster ahead. Viareggio hit back with a goal through Ozu to end the first period.
The second period started off well again for Real Münster as Nowak put them back in front. Two quick goals for Viareggio as Carpita equalised and Eudin put them in front with 12 minutes left to play.
The only goal of the third period came for Real Münster as Metzler struck a free kick from close range into the top corner with 15 seconds remaining of the game. The goal saw the game head to extra time.
Extra-time and no side could find a winner, so it headed to penalties. Penalties were decided as Daniel scored the winning penalty for Real Münster which put the German team into the final eight of the tournament.
Lenergy Pisa BS win 5-3 against Catania BS.
Pisa took the lead early in the second period as Edson Hulk smashed one into the net before Fred equalised for Catania. It was that man, Edson Hulk who put them back into the lead going into the second period.
Another early goal and Datinha for Pisa gave them a two-goal advantage. Josep Jr reduced the deficit to one goal again. 20 seconds later Barsotti put Pisa ahead again. Paulinho for Pisa gave them some breathing room to make it 5-2 going into the final period of the game.
The final period and the only goal came from Catania as Ponzetti reduced the scoreline to 5-3 which saw Catania crash out of the tournament and put Pisa through to the final eight teams.
Falfala KQ BSC win 6-3 against Riga FC.
The first period and a goal for Falfala as Ott put them 1-0 up within the first minute, 45 seconds later Rodrigo doubled their lead. The final bit of action in the first period came as Ott slammed a free kick from close range into the net.
The second period and Igor Ricardo brought a goal back for Riga early on. Falfala’s captain Amer Yatim restored their three-goal cushion. Riga halved the deficit as Bernardo put the ball into Eliott’s net.
Just 12 minutes remained of the game and seven seconds in, and Bruno Xavier put the Israeli side 5-2 up. Ott completed his hat trick to put Falfala 6-2 up. The final goal of the game was scored for Riga as Moreb scored an own goal to end the game.
Falfala progressed into the last eight with a win over Riga.
SC Braga win 6-2 against Pafos FC.
First blood went the way of the Portuguese side as Felipe Silva scored within two minutes. Braga’s lead lasted for two minutes before Pafos pulled a goal back through Luis Henrique. That goal made it 1-1 with plenty to play for. Léo Martins put Braga back in front and 30 seconds after Bokinha extended their lead to two goals at the end of the first period.
The second period was still 3-1 to Braga going into the final period.
Bokinha scored to make it 4-1 and made it his second of the game which took it further away from Pafos as they tried to comeback. Luis Henrique scored to make it a double however Braga scored two quick goals to take finish the game off via Tim and Pintado as Braga book themselves into the last eight.
ASD Napoli win 6-2 against ACS West Deva.
As the first period kicked off it was a stalemate until halfway through as Napoli opened the scoring with a goal by Kuman. Moxedano doubled their lead at the end of the first period and took a 2-0 lead into the second period.
The next 12 minutes and it was 3-0 to Napoli with the goal coming via Alla. One minute later and West Deva pulled a goal back as Liviu smashed it home. Battini and Kuman scored to pull away from West Deva. The score into the final period was 5-1.
Joao Marcos of West Deva scored to make it 5-2 to give them a bit of hope however Sanfilippo put the game to bed as Napoli went 6-2 up and booked their names into the last eight.
Recreativo de Huelva win 4-3 against Rostocker Robben.
Recreativo Huelva won 4–3 against Rostocker Robben in the round of 16.
The first minute of period one and Carballo put Huelva 1-0 up. Rostocker Robben’s Körner put them back on level terms. They took a 1-1 scoreline into the second period as neither side could break the duck.
The second period and Huelva scored another early goal this time it was Suli who scored.
The final period of the game and Jørgensen levelled the scoring for Rostocker Robben. Cassano retook the lead for Huelva. Körner equalised once again for the Germans.
The winning goal came for Huelva as Suli scored his second of the game to send the Spanish team into the final eight.
ACD O Sótão win 4-1 against Platja De Roses.
ACD O Sótão put themselves in front with a goal from Chicky Ardil halfway through the first period. That lead then doubled as Duarte Vivo late on in the first period. The local side took a 2-0 lead into the second period.
The local hero, Jordan Santos made it 3-0 with five minutes left of the second period. With 44 seconds left on the clock, Bernardo stepped up and made it 4-0 to Sótão with just 12 minutes left of the game.
The final period and Domingo pulled a goal back to reduce the deficit to three goals, but it wasn’t enough as ACD O Sótão put themselves into the next round of the tournament.
