Argentina’s Francisco Petrasso is among those set to attend the FPF-CONMEBOL event.
The Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) is to organise its first training course for Technical Directors working within beach soccer later this month.
Running from February 19th until 21st, the course will be led by the President of the National Futsal and Beach Soccer Commission, Mr. Genaro Miñán, as well as the Development Director of the FPF, Sergio Palacios.
It will also involve a host of experienced and respected beach soccer coaches from across South America, including the Brazilian coach Fabio Carvallo da Costa and Argentina boss Francisco Petrasso.
Around 25 participants are expected during the course, including local and national coaches as well as players past and present, with the FPF eager to improve the level of coaching and promote the sport further across the country.
The course will be the first to be organised jointly by the FPF and CONMEBOL, with a similar event managed by the FPF and FIFA in 2016.
