Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and New Caledonia will vie for the remaining slot for the the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2013
New Caledonia will host the OFC Beach Soccer Championship 2013 with the winner to secure passage to the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Tahiti 2013.
The OFC Beach Soccer Championship will be held at the University of New Caledonia, Noumea between 31 August and 2 September.
One of a trio of teams – four-time champions Solomon Islands, perennial challengers Vanuatu or championship hosts New Caledonia ? will join host nation Tahiti at next month?s FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup.
The tournament will take the form of a round-robin championship where the team with the most points after the three-day event will join Netherlands, Argentina and El Salvador in Group B at Tahiti 2013.
