Kada win the Nigerian Beach Soccer League

The team from Kaduna won their three matches in the Super 4 to claim the trophy


Kada Beach Soccer Club are the new champions of the Nigerian League. Their title was confirmed on Sunday with a 7-5 win against Smart City BSC, thus concluding a 100% victorious Super 4 round that saw Kada also beat Badagry Warriors and avenge last year’s final defeat against title holders Kebbi Fishers, who finished second.

Kada also dominated the individual awards as team captain Dozie Frank won both the MVP and top goalscorer awards and their goalkeeper Uche Boniface was considered the best in the tournament.

The Super 4 was contested by the four best teams of the regular stage that was composed by three rounds in three different venues in what was the second edition of the Nigerian Beach Soccer League.
