Conducted by FIFA Instructor Ramiro Amarelle, the seminar dealt with technical, tactical, competition and training issues
The Development Department of the Federación Colombiana de Fútbol (FCF) is investing efforts in making beach soccer grow in the country, and one of the measures taken was the organization, together with FIFA, of a beach soccer course in Montería.
Ramiro Amarelle was the FIFA instructor taking care of the course which has been dealing with technical, tactical and training issues for one whole week, including practical sessions on the sand.
The beach soccer formation in Colombia is aiming not only at improving the level of the National Team and the Grassroots levels in the country, but also helping empower the National Championship.
The course has been organized with the support of FIFA, DIFUTBOL, Liga de Córdoba and the Federación Colombiana de Fútbol, and will be followed soon by new seminars and formation.
