The courses were again held in Entebbe, at the Fisheries Training Institute (FTI), at the shores of the Victoria Lake, 37 kilometers southwest from the capital Kampala. More than 50 people attended the courses, instructed by Oman National Coach and FIFA Instructor Talib Hilal and FIFA Referee Instructor Sunday Okayi, assisted by technical Director Mr. Asumani Lubowa, who was the course coordinator.
After two days of theory and practical explanations, the course was closed by Mr. Edgar Watson, FUFA CEO, who thanked the crucial support by FIFA and reaffirmed FUFA?s commitment in the development of the discipline.
