Gabino Renales, in turn, wanted to thank the “Alanya Municipality and the Mayor for the interest and passion they have put in bringing a top class, BSWW-sanctioned event here. We have been talking during months, and they have always been very passionate about this project. This city, moreover, feels like a perfect venue for beach soccer”.
Regarding the competition itself, Madjer, who has played in the Turkish league for years, explained that “I am really happy to be coming back to Alanya, a place I know very well, as they have played for Alanyaspor for three consecutive years, and I know how beach soccer is experienced here”.
