The impressive Tiki Toa edge hosts El Salvador to secure the win in Costa del Sol
Tahiti will fly to the Bahamas with a very sweet taste in their mouths following a new stout performance that made them the champions of this Copa Pilsener Fútbol Playa 2017.
The Tiki Toa proved an unbeatable team in Costa del Sol, and not even the spirited performance by the Cuscatleco side could prevent the Polynesian side to clinch the silverware.
The World Cup runners-up prevailed in a brilliant fashion, not giving any of their opponents in the competition any chance at all.
Mighty El Salvador, brave as always, tried to counteract the Tahitian dominance, and even managed to significantly cut the distance after the Tiki Toa 5-0 run, but ended up succumbing to the beach soccer prowess of their opponents.
Panama secures win and second position
The defending CONCACAF champions bagged their first win in the competition, following a stout performance over fellow World Cup debutants Ecuador.
The 3-0 run by Schubert’s lads was too much to handle for La Tri, who managed to pull one back but could not take their reaction any further than that.
