Hemako Sztutowo claim the Junior National Beach Soccer Championship in Kolobrzeg
Two teams from Lodz came to the final of the Polish National Beach Soccer Championship on Sunday, with KP Lodz upsetting seven-time champions Grembach in the decider held this last weekend in Kolobrzeg (8-3).
KP Lodz, with a lethal duo up front, local legend Saganoswki and Spanish star Llorenç, brought on terrific offensive prowess to give Grembach little option in the game. With Baran and Ziober out due to yellow cards, not even the contribution by Portuguese Madjer and Duarte Vivo would be enough for Grembach.
Grembach bags Women’s title
In the Women’s competition, Lady Grembach EE Lodz did accomplish the mission, though, brilliantly coached by former Men’s coach Jaroslaw Jagielski. A narrow 2-1 win over AZS UAM Poznan, with two goals by Suskiewcz, made Grembach the champions of Poland’s Women’s Beach Soccer Championship.
Hemako Sztutowo, Junior champions!
One team achieved that Lodz would not concentrate all the Polish champions, as Hemako Sztutowo earned the Junior National Beach Soccer Championship, following a penalty kick-win over UKS Millenium Gliwice in the final.
