Fans excited after full slate of friendlies

Season on fast-track as Brazil wins two friendlies against Japan, Switzerland bends Poland twice and Morocco and Egypt get one victory each

It was the first official match of the year for the Nippon and they could not have selected a better team to fight or a more perfect place to play; Brazil and Rio de Janeiro. The Asians side opened their year with two cracks at the whip against the godfathers of the sport, Brazil. The results, however, were in favorite of the South Americans. The CONMEBOL giants were able to break down the Japanese by score of 6-2, and in their second matchup, this time at São Pedro de Aldeia, Brazil also won 8-4. Both teams are preparing for their FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Bahamas 2017 regional qualifiers, and they will have to be at their best if they hope to qualify. 

Switzerland and Poland are familiar European rivals and amidst training sessions in Spain the two National Selections became reacquainted in two more exhibition games. The Swiss have world – class firepower, which was on full display against the polish. La Nati scored big in both matches, 9-5 and 8-6, effectively quitting Poland. Noel Ott, the Swiss super striker, was able to score on six separate occasions including four in the opening match. 

In other Beach Soccer actions Egypt and Morocco battle in two of their own international matches. The first game went to the Egyptians 3-2 but the Moroccans bounced back to win the second exhibition by the same score 3-1. The African foes will face-off plenty more in the upcoming months as they will try to qualify for next years´ World Cup, from the CAF region.
