Estonia will finally replace Bulgaria in the coming Euro Beach Soccer League Promotion Final Figueira da Foz, after Bulgaria officially communicated that they will not be able to attend due to administrative reasons.
After the official communication by the Bulgarian National Side, Estonia, the following team in the Division B standings, were immediately qualified for the Euro Beach Soccer League Promotion Final, and will take Bulgaria’s place and position within group 1.
