Beach Soccer blossoms more and more within the Bahamas population. These past weeks, some Swiss and Tahitian players were spreading the word
The Beach Soccer beat is, day after day, more felt noticed in the Bahamas. The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2017 is quickly approaching and the Bahamian population sees beach soccer as a part of their life.
To help the vibe fly, some of the players of the Swiss and Tahiti National team came down to the Caribbean Island to help the Bahamas National Team in their training sessions, with the objective of helping the team grow ahead of the big showcase they are going to host, as well as teaching some of the beach soccer techniques to kids all across the country.
Head coach Angelo Schirinzi, 2014 Rookie of the Year Noel Ott, bomber Dejan Stankovic, Sandro Spaccarotella and FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2015 adidas Golden Ball Heimanu Taiarui were in hand to enrich the Baha Boyz training sessions.
Together with that, some actions with local schools also took place, demonstrating that the local population is already in love with beach soccer. The professional players held different clinics and some very special friendly games with the boys and girls of different islands of the country, taking the beach soccer word to many different corners of the nation.
