Goalfun CFA Championship group takes shape as El Salvador and Uruguay reach six points
El Salvador go top of the Goalfun CFA China-Latin America Beach Soccer Championship group in Tangshan on goal difference after day two.
The hosts China were on the wrong side of the same scoreline that saw them take victory the previous day, as El Salvador and Uruguay remain on maximum points going into group game three.
A close 3-2 loss to Uruguay saw Amarelle’s men drop in the rankings, while El Slavador put six past Denmark to shoot to the top of the group of goal difference.
There was a decisive win for Bahamas against fellow Caribbean side Trinidad and Tobago, as they go level with their hosts China on points.
Trinidad and Tobago and Denmark are the only sides yet to pick up a win in Tangshan.
