Four semi-finalists of the Euro Winners Cup defined

TSOR, Catania BS, Falfala KQ BSC and Marbella FP emerged victorious in the quarter-finals


Only four teams are left in the quest for glory as the quarter-finals of the Euro Winners Cup have been played at the Estádio do Viveiro – Jordan Santos in Nazaré.

Marbella FP win 4-3 against Lenergy Pisa BS.
Gin opened the scoring for Marbella FP in the first period, but an own goal in favour of Lenergy Pisa BS brought the game level at 1-1.

Danilo added to the tally, and Araujo struck twice in the second period to give Marbella a commanding 4-1 lead heading into the final period.

Bertacca and Ott found the net for Lenergy Pisa in the third period to spark a late comeback, but Marbella held firm to secure a 4-3 victory.

Catania BS win 3-2 against BSC Sunrise Kyiv.
No goals were recorded in the first period, as both sides balanced each other in attack and defence.

Pedrinho scored for Sunrise Kyiv just a minute into the second period, but Thanger replied with a brilliant strike to level the game. Mauricinho followed up to give Catania a 2-1 lead. Late in the period, Victor Hugo found the net to make it 2-2 going into the final period.

Thanger’s second goal in the third period proved decisive, securing a 3-2 win for Catania BS.

BSC TSOR win 4-2 against Rosh Haayin BSC.
Pedro Mano opened the scoring for Rosh Haayin with a powerful long-range strike late in the first period. His goal gave the Israeli side a narrow 1-0 lead.

TSOR responded in the second period with a strike from Konstantinov to bring the game level. However, Lucão restored Rosh Haayin’s advantage with a sharp finish just before the whistle, ending the second period with a 2-1 lead in their favour.

The final period saw a dramatic shift in momentum as TSOR took control of the game. Gordetski struck twice to turn the scoreline around, and Petrovski added a fourth to complete the comeback. TSOR held firm in defence to secure a 4-2 victory and book their place in the next round.

Falfala KQ BSC win 6–2 against Marseille BT.
Falfala made a strong start to the match, taking control early with goals from Eliott and Moad in the first period to establish a 2-0 lead going into the second.

Marseille responded after the break, with Gori reducing the deficit to 2-1. However, Jabareen restored Falfala’s cushion before the end of the second period, pushing the score to 3-1.

In the final period, Moad secured his brace with a powerful strike. Filipe and Rodrigo also added their names to the scoresheet. Although Seba pulled one back for Marseille, Falfala sealed a convincing 6-2 victory.

Playoff Matches
ACD O Sótão win 5-3 against Rostocker Robben.
Kaufmann put the German side ahead midway through the first period with a composed finish to make it 1-0.

Duarte levelled the match early in the second period, but Synwoldt restored the lead for Rostocker Robben, sending them into the final third with a narrow 2-1 advantage.

Bernardo equalised again for Sótão in the opening minutes of the third period, and Tiago gave them the lead for the first time. Peterson responded for Rostocker Robben, but late goals from Bernardo and Brilhante sealed a 5-3 win for ACD O Sótão.

Pafos BSC win 5-2 against GRAP.
An own goal by Pafos player gave GRAP a 1-0 lead in the opening period, setting the tone for the match early on.

Giovane levelled the score in the second period with a composed finish, making it 1-1 going into the final third.

In the last period, Klitou put Pafos ahead, Giovane added his second, and Hadjizinoviou scored a brace to extend their lead. Alexandre pulled one back for GRAP, but Pafos sealed a confident 5-2 victory.

Augur win 3-0 on penalties against Recreativo de Huelva, after a 3-3 draw.
Akaguma got the scoring underway for Recreativo with a quick strike in the opening minute of the first period, giving his side an early 1-0 lead and setting the pace for a tense encounter.

Just after the restart in the second period, an own goal by Recreativo brought the game level at 1-1. Augur capitalised on the momentum, with Antonio and Suli Batis each finding the net to put them ahead 3-1. Recreativo’s Fernando pulled one back late in the period to keep his side in contention.

In the third period, Brian’s dramatic last-second goal brought the game level at 3-3, pushing the game into extra time. With neither side able to break the deadlock during the additional time, the match was decided by penalties, which went in favour of Augur.

Enpie Malaga win 3-1 against Napoli Patron BSC.
Both sides got on the scoresheet in the first period, with Chiki Ardil striking for Enpie Malaga and Francisco replying for Napoli Patron BSC to keep the match finely balanced at 1-1.

The second period remained goalless as both teams tightened up defensively. Each side showed tactical discipline, cancelling out attacking threats and heading into the final period still level.

In the third period, Enpie Malaga shifted the momentum. Chiki Ardil completed his brace with a brilliant goal, and Antonio added another to secure a deserved 3-1 win for the Spanish side.
