The Women’s Euro Winners Cup semi-finals are ready to go

Isle of Wight, CD Atletico Torroxeño, BS Zeeland Ladies and Higicontrol advance


The final four teams have been defined in the women’s competition.

CD Atletico Torroxeño win 6-3 against Cadizfornia.
Chami struck twice in the opening period to hand Atletico Torroxeño an early 2-0 advantage, setting the tone for a strong offensive display.

The Spanish side pushed further ahead in the second period with additional goals from Chami, Cris, and Manau. Leslie and Lorena pulled two back for Cadizfornia, who trailed 5-2 heading into the final third.

Sonia added a third for Cadizfornia in a late push for a comeback, but Torroxeño’s defence held firm. Barron-Clark sealed the 6-3 win with a late finish to confirm their spot.

BS Zeeland Ladies win 3-0 against Marseille BT.
In a tense encounter, Marseille BT conceded an early own goal to put the Zeeland Ladies ahead 1-0. Tasinazzo added another late in the first period to double the lead.

The second period remained goalless, with the Zeeland Ladies maintaining solid defensive discipline to preserve their advantage.

Tasinazzo struck again in the final period to seal a composed 3-0 win, confirming the Zeeland Ladies’ place in the next round.

Isle of Wight win 4-3 against Red Devils Ladies.
The first period ended goalless, with neither team able to break the deadlock despite their attacking efforts.

Valentine opened the scoring early in the second period, but Matusiak quickly replied for Red Devils Ladies. Evans restored the lead for Isle of Wight before Kwiatkowska levelled again just before the break.

Vasquez made it 3-2 in the final period, only for Tabor to equalise once more. Fisher then struck the decisive goal to seal a thrilling 4-3 win for Isle of Wight.

Higicontrol Melilla win 6-3 against AD Pastéis
Higicontrol Melilla took early control of the game, grabbing a 2-0 lead in the first period with late goals from Jessi and Barbara.

The second period saw Higicontrol extend their advantage as Terekh fired in a third goal, giving the Spanish side a comfortable cushion heading into the final period.

AD Pastéis mounted a comeback in the third period. Cris scored in the opening minute, and an own goal by Higicontrol reduced their deficit to one. However, goals from Carol Glez, Taii, and Natalia restored Melilla’s dominance. Jasna managed to score for Pastéis, but it wasn’t enough, as Higicontrol sealed a 6-3 victory.

Playoff
Mazarron win 6-3 against Sand Games.
Janeine and Sunseri-Warp gave Sand Games a strong start, scoring in the first period to establish a 2-0 lead.

Victoria pulled one back for Mazarron midway through the second period, but Haja quickly restored the two-goal cushion. Nerea’s late strike kept Mazarron within reach at 3-2 going into the final third.

In the final period, Nerea scored twice to complete her hat-trick, while Zafra and Victoria added one each to secure a confident 6-3 comeback win for Mazarron.

Cagliari BS win 1-0 against Pozoalbense.
Both teams battled hard in a tightly contested match, with neither side able to break the deadlock in the first two periods.

The decisive moment came in the third period when Saggion found the net for Cagliari BS, scoring the only goal of the match.

Pozoalbense pushed for an equaliser, but Cagliari’s defence remained resolute, securing a narrow 1-0 win.

Recreativo de Huelva win 3-1 against Rappiranhas.
Marin and Sari found the net for Recreativo late in the first period, giving them a 2-0 lead.

No goals were recorded in the second period, as Recreativo maintained their advantage with disciplined defence.

In the final period, an own goal gave Rappiranhas a lifeline, but Marin struck again late to seal a 3-1 win for Recreativo de Huelva.

ACD O Sótão win 9-3 against AD Nazaré 2022
Sótão made a commanding start to the game with a brace from Ines and a goal from Raquel. AD Nazaré managed to respond late in the period with a goal from Daniela, bringing the score to 3-1.

In the second period, Serrano’s goal for AD Nazaré narrowed the margin further. However, an own goal in favour of Sótão and a well-placed finish by Ana restored their cushion heading into the final period.

The third period saw Sótão assert their dominance. Grace scored for AD Nazaré, but Sótão responded with four more goals—Flores added her name to the scoresheet, Ana grabbed a second, and Ines netted two more goals, securing an emphatic 9-3 victory.
