The Albiceleste win the first two games (4-3 and 3-1), as the hosts secure a final 3-0
Argentina and Paraguay squared off in three friendly games these week at the Paraguayan Olympic Commitee in Asunción, with two wins for the Albiceleste and one for the Guaraní.
In the first game, a tight 4-3 got Argentina de win, with Axel Rutterschmid emerging as the key man in the game with a brace.
The Albiceleste, coached by Hernán Magrini, was better in the second game, too, and prevailed over the hosts with to a 3-1 victory thanks to the goals by Leandro Marino (2) and Lucas Ponzetti.
Paraguay could finally hit back, with an incontestable 3-0 win to close this series of friendly games in Asunción.
