The competition was played in Chile from 13-15 December
La Albiceleste tasted victory in the Copa Cono Sur de Fútbol Playa, as they defeated the Chilean locals in the deciding match.
Organised by the Chilean Football Federation, the Copa Cono Sur de Fútbol Playa was composed of four nations (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Bolivia) taking part in the event from 13 and 15 December.
Uruguay were the first to fall to an undefeated Argentina, missing out by just 5-4 on Day 1, and another tight match saw Bolivia fall on the second matchday. Chile were finally downed by 7-2 on the final day to hand Argentina the title.
Argentina ends the calendar of competitions for the year with another title, after the AFP Cup which they claimed in Asunción in September and the silver medal obtained in the Odesur Games, 2022, also held in Paraguay.
