Quarter-finals
Pafos FC through
The first quarter-final fixture of the day saw Cypriot side, Pafos FC defeat Spanish team, Recreativo Huelva 3-1 in Alghero.

Jordan opened the scoring for Pafos FC directly from kick-off in the opening period, as his deflected effort found the top-right corner. Their lead was doubled towards the end of the period as Alisson slotted home.

Jordan’s second of the encounter was the only goal of the second period, as Pafos FC took a 3-0 lead into the final period.

Casano pulled one back for the Spanish side at the start of the third period, but Pafos FC held on to secure their place in the final four.

Victory for ASD Napoli
In the second quarter-final encounter, ASD Napoli defeated Barra de Santiago 5-3.

The first period saw the Italian team winning 3-1 after 12 minutes had been played, as Zurlo scored a brace and Lucao netted the third.

The Salvadoran side pulled a goal back at the start of the second period, but Lucao cancelled it out with his second goal of the match. 

Zurlo completed his hat-trick in the third period, as Heber’s late strike proved to only be a consolation for Barra de Santiago.

Late turnaround for Mazarrón
Mazarrón faced Real Münster in the penultimate quarter-final fixture of the day, as the Spanish team won the match 6-5.

Mazarrón trailed 2-1 after 12 minutes played in Alghero, as Bernardo’s own goal and a Metzler strike gave the German side the advantage.

Both found the back of the net twice in the second phase of play, meaning Real Münster led 4-3 with one period remaining. However, a goal from Chiky and a Jose Oliver brace turned the match around for Mazarrón in the final period.

Final four for Riga FC
The last quarter-final match saw Riga FC win 5-3 against BSC Artur Music. 

BSC Artur Music took the lead in the opening period of the match, with Potapov giving the Ukrainian side the 1-0 advantage at the break.

With the score sitting at 2-1 to BSC Artur Music after two periods played, the Latvian side made a huge comeback in the last period with goals from Bernardo, Skuratovics, Igor Ricardo, as well as a second for Vasiljevs granted Riga FC a place in the final four.

Semi-finals
Semi-final success for ASD Napoli
The first semi-final saw ASD Napoli defeat Pafos FC 4-2.

The Italian team found themselves three goals ahead in the period through Alejandro, Sciacca and Paterniti, before Alisson pulled one back for the Cypriot team.

No goals came in the second period as the teams competed to find that next goal, which would be crucial for momentum in the fixture.

Alisson completed his brace in the third period, leaving his team just one goal behind their opponents, but with less than two minutes on the clock, Sciacca struck once again to book ASD Napoli’s place in the final.

Riga FC win a vital penalty shootout
Following ASD Napoli’s victory, Riga FC followed suit in final qualification defeating Mazarrón 4-3 penalties after a 4-4 draw in the match.

Goals from Rafinha and Igor Ricardo gave the team from Latvia a two-goal advantage in the opening period, with the score remaining 2-0 after 12 minutes had been played.

Bernardo brought the Spanish team back into the fixture in the first moments of the second period, however, Riga FC’s Bernardo and Igor Ricardo both found the net to increase their advantage.

Despite the setback for the Spanish team, a brace from Jaime Vera and a strike from Jose Oliver made things all square after three periods played.

Neither side could score in extra-time, as penalties would decide the fixture. Riga FC won 4-3 in the shootout to be eligible to battle for the World Winners Cup trophy against ASD Napoli.

5th-8th place play-offs
In the 5th-8th place play-offs, Barra de Santiago defeated Recreativo Huelva 6-5 on penalties after a 6-6 draw in the match, whilst Real Münster won 6-5 against BSC Artur Music.
