Women’s Euro Beach Soccer League Moldova 2026 – Day 4 Round-Up

Italy and Portugal produced dominant displays on Day 4 in Moldova, scoring 12 goals between them as they secured emphatic victories over the Netherlands and Belgium respectively.

Italy win 6-0 against Netherlands
Italy established control in the opening period, with Privitera breaking the deadlock midway through the period. Veglio doubled their lead moments later before Massa struck in the final minute, sending Italy into the first break with a commanding 3–0 advantage.

The Netherlands offered greater resistance in the second period, restricting Italy to a single goal. Illiano found the net, extending Italy’s lead to 4–0 heading into the final period.

Vergari added Italy’s fifth goal with five minutes remaining in the closing period. A few minutes later, the Netherlands conceded an own goal, sealing a 6–0 victory for Italy.

Portugal win 6-1 against Belgium
Portugal dominated the opening period, with Ema netting first. Joana Meira and Flores then followed in quick succession. Cristiana added a fourth in the closing moments, giving Portugal a commanding 4–0 lead at the first break.

Belgium showed greater defensive resistance in the second period, but Daniela found the net to extend Portugal’s advantage to 5–0 heading into the final period.

Anaelle scored a late consolation goal for Belgium in the closing period, but Ferreira responded for Portugal to complete an emphatic 6–1 victory.
