The Istanbul based side beat Seferihisar (7-6) in the final played this afternoon in Alanya
Besiktas JK Magic Life became the champions of the sixth edition of the Turkish Beach Soccer National League, after a tight victory over Seferihisar (7-6) in the final held this Thursday in Alanya. The beach ‘Kara Kartallar’ (black eagles), lead an amusing way all through the tournament, especially in the Superfinal stage, steered by the likes of portuguese superstar Madjer (awarded as the championship MVP), Ottoman internationals Baris (tournament’s top scorer), Ahmet (Best Goalkeeper), Onur, or Tamer, and dutch target man Leo Koswal, amongst others.
With three victories out of three, and an unbelievable balance of 38 goals scored, no one can deny Besiktas their place at the top. Ercis Belediyespo tried to challenge that in the semifinals, and was close to upset the black-and-white side, too, as only one goal made the difference in the last step before the final.
Precisely Ercis Belediyespo clinched the third place in the championship after beating Argigento Sports (6-5) in another terribly balanced game.
The Garanti Plaj Futbol Ligi (Garanti Beach Soccer League), played in 15 different venues across the country, kicked-off down in June, with the first qualifying ending in September and securing the tickets to the Superfinal to eight teams.
