Portugal, Ukraine, Spain and Poland make up the final four
The Women’s Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal in Viareggio has reached the decisive stage, with Portugal, Ukraine, Spain and Poland securing their places in the semi-finals. Meanwhile, Switzerland and Italy will battle in the 5th/6th place play-off as the competition heads into its final rounds.
Group A
Portugal win 2-1 against Poland
Poland opened the scoring midway through the first period as Korda fired in to give her side a 1–0 lead. Portugal were unable to respond before the break.

Early in the second period, Carolina equalised for Portugal just three minutes into play, sending the match into a tense 1–1 deadlock heading into the final period.
Both sides continued to press in the third period, but resolute defending kept the score even until Inês struck in the final minute, securing a hard-fought 2–1 victory for Portugal.
Group B
Spain win 4-2 against Ukraine
The opening period saw both sides exchange early strikes, with Kostiuk putting Ukraine ahead before Alcaide quickly levelled for Spain, taking the score into the break at 1–1.

Spain pulled ahead in the second period as Pilar scored just two minutes after the restart, followed by Alcaide’s second midway through the period. Ukraine responded through Dubytska, keeping the score at 3–2 heading into the final period.
In the third period, both teams battled hard but could not convert until the closing minutes, when Carol struck to secure a 4–2 victory for Spain.
