Final
Ukraine win 4-2 against UAE.
The final was set for the Euro Beach Soccer League Georgia 2024 – Batumi International Cup final as Ukraine and UAE met for the second time in the competition, with the trophy on the line.
It was a sensational start for the Ukrainians as Pashko fired ball into the net, directly from kick-off, to give his nation the instant advantage in the encounter. However, UAE would find themselves in front as Mousab blasted the ball home from close range for the leveller as goalkeeper Humaid hit the target from distance. Despite the setback for the Ukrainians, Zborovskyi put his country back on level terms with the scores even at 2-2 at the end of the opening 12 minutes.
Only one goal came in the second period, and it went the way of Ukraine as Voitenko’s low free-kick beat the goalkeeper to regain his team’s advantage. Just one goal separated the nations with one period to play in the final.
The scores remained the same until the final two seconds of the match as following a UAE attack, Shchytnik capitalised on the Emiratis attempt to throw all their players forward to slide the ball home into an empty net and confirm victory.

During the awards ceremony in Batumi, three individual awards were given out to the top performers from the women’s competition.
