Defending Champions Al Ahli stand, again, as the ones to beat in a competition involving eight teams
Dubai keeps betting strong on their Beach Soccer structure. The UAE Beach Soccer President’s Cup will have the National Beach Soccer competitions flying high again this weekend. The Cup, to kick-off at theDubai Al Mamzar Beach this same Friday, September 14th, will have eight clubs fighting for the glory, including current champions Al Ahli.
The defending champions will be keen to add to this new edition to their records, and this is what they are going to have in mind when taking on Al Arabi Club in the event’s opening day. Al Ahli, who lead a brilliant cruise to the top in their claiming of the UAE Beach Soccer League earlier this year, will once again be the team to beat in this eight-sided battle.
This first day in the competition will also see another big clash on the Al Mamzar sands. Ittihad Kalba will face Dubai’s Al Shabab on Friday, whereas Saturday will see National-side-players-backboned Al Nasr battling neighbours Al Wasl, and Ajman taking on Fujairah.
The winners will proceed to the semi-finals stage, scheduled for next weekend, September 21st, while the play-off for third and the final will be held the following day.

Match 2 – 4:30pm – Khalba vs Al Shabab
Day 2 – 15th September
Match 3 – 3:30pm – Ajman vs Fujairah
Match 4 – 4:30pm – Al Nasr vs Al Wasl
Day 3 – 21st September (Semi-final)
Match 5 – 3:30pm – Winner Match 1 vs Winner Match 2
Match 6 – 4:30pm – Winner Match 3 vs Winner Match 4
Day 4 – 22nd September (Final)
