Al Ahli, Al Wasl and Al Nasr to keep vying for the highest place in the table this weekend
After a three-week break, the UAE National Beach Soccer League comes back to action this weekend. Three games on Friday and three more on Saturday will set the beat in the Emirati Championship, one of the most competitive and prestigious in the world.
The six teams will keep struggling, with current leader Al Nasr trying to defend their position against defending League and Cup winners Al Ahli, whereas Al Wasl, equaling the Knights with six points are also ready for the assault with foreign talents Catarino (BRA) and Llorenç (ESP).
Al Nasr, with UAE’s targetmen Ali Karim and Adel, empowered by Asian Champions Abdollahi, Mesigar and Ahmadzadez from Iran, will need to stay at their best version if they want to keep their commanding position, as they will be facing their two immediate pursuers in a terrifically demanding weekend. First round is to take place tomorrow, at 15:30 local Dubai time, against Al Ahli and their Portuguese front, with Madjer, Belchior and Jordan.
