The second quarter-final opened with both sides cancelling each other out, as the first period ended goalless. Napoli BS and Rosh Haayin BSC matched each other stride for stride in attack and defence, with neither side able to carve a breakthrough.

In the second period, the deadlock was finally broken a minute before the whistle when Paterniti struck to put Napoli BS 1-0 ahead. Rosh Haayin pushed forward but could not find a response before the second break.
The drama unfolded in the final period. Daninho levelled for Rosh Haayin BSC in the fourth minute, sparking hopes of a comeback. But in a thrilling conclusion, Sciacca fired home in the dying seconds to hand Napoli BS a narrow 2-1 win and a ticket to the semi-finals.
TMS FC win 6-2 against Guaicamacuto
The first period was tightly contested, with both sides cancelling each other out until three minutes from the whistle when Bobo broke the deadlock to give TMS FC a 1-0 lead. Guaicamacuto struggled to create clear chances and went into the break trailing.

Momentum stayed with TMS FC in the second period, as Leonardo and Breno both struck late to extend the advantage to 3-0. Guaicamacuto continued to battle, but their finishing lacked the edge needed to turn the game around.
The final period saw TMS FC step up. Leonardo completed his brace, while Breno added two more goals to seal a commanding lead. In the final period, Falfala’s attacking trio proved decisive. Eliott, Rodrigo and Amer all scored again to stretch their lead. Although Mauricinho pulled one back late for Sportivo Luqueño, it was not enough to stop Falfala KQ BSC marching into the semi-finals with a 6-3 victory.
