An exciting Brazil-Argentina will be played this Friday, 10th of September in Rio de Janeiro. Besides the guaranteed thrill, this all-time thrilling International Challenge between two of the fiercest rivals in the Beach Soccer sphere has a great surprise ready for all supporters: Experienced talents Juninho and Jorginho are back to the verdeamarela’s list. These significant beach soccer stars will dress the Brazilian National outfit once again after a four year absence, and the carioca crowd is ready to welcome their idols back after Alexandre Soare’s list was known last night.
Both players were absolutely delighted when they got to know their new cap. “I am so happy to be back to the Brazilian National Team. I cannot explain what does putting the “amarelinha” on again mean to me”, said Jorginho. Juninho, on his side, talked in similar words: “The biggest objective for a Beach Soccer player is to be in the National Team, and being capped again makes me really happy. I have experienced great moments here, and it is so good to be back”, stated the defender, fully recovered after one year out of the sand after suffering from the Guillain-Barré Syndrome.
A brand new training ground for the biggest champions
This South American showdown is the main course in the inauguration of the new Brazilian Beach Soccer Confederation (CBBS) training center. These excellent facilities, shared with Marinha do Brasil, integrate into the Centro de Educaçao Física Almirante Adalberto Nunes in Rio de Janeiro.
