The Beach Soccer Championship in Baku saw Hell Energy see off all opponents to take the topspot
Four teams competed in the Beach Soccer Championship in Baku, Azerbaijan on August 13th until the 18th.
The round robin competition saw four sides, Hell Energy FC, Zire FC, Neftchi FC and Baku Fire FC, battle it out for the topspot.
The winner of the Championship was Hell Energy, who failed to drop a single point in the tournament, vanquishing all three challengers in normal time.
They will now represent Azerbaijan in the Euro Winners’ Cup 2019. As for the individual awards, the Best Goalkeeper went to Elchin Gasimov (Hell Energy), the Top Scorer was Ramil Aliyev (Hell Energy) and the Best Player of the Tournament award went to Abdul Aliyev (Hell Energy).
