Artur Music seal semi-finals after thriller against Terracina
Artur Music earned the first ticket to semi-finals following a breath-taking see-saw battle against Serie A champions Terracina. The Ukrainian side managed to be in command of the game during the first two periods, although the Puntini managed to immediately equalize any disadvantage.
In the beginning of the third period, the course of the game could have changed, as Paolo Palmacci swept Terracina ahead for the first time in the game, but Artur Music geared up to get back the game control. With a 0-3 run in the final 6 minutes, Artur Music sealed the win, and earned their slot amongst the four best teams in the competition.

Viareggio stuns Krylya Sovetov to access last 4
One of the most anticipated fixtures of the quarter-finals in this Euro Winners Cup did not let anybody down. Viareggio, who had been performing at an amazing level so far, took on 2013 champs Lokomotiv Moscow, with the transalpine bagging a prestigious win with a new beach soccer showdown.
Gori was, once again, the lighthouse for his team, scoring a wonderful hat-trick that destroyed the Lokomotiv’s defense. The timely hits by the talented striker came at the precise moment, to always dismantle the Russian hopes for a comeback. With his latest one, the result was 5-3, and Viareggio sealed a historic ticket to semi-finals,
Goals: 1-0: Ramacciotti, min. 8 (1); 2-0: Gori, min. 5 (2); 2-1: Lukao, min. 5 (2); 3-1: Gori, min. 0 (2); 3-2: Makarov, min. 10 (3); 3-3: Lukao, min.10 (3); 4-3: Remedi, min. 8 (3); 5-3: Gori, min. 7 (3)
SC Braga earn go-through from the penalty roulette
Only penalty-kick shootout could discern who the third semi-finalist of this Euro Winners Cup 2016 was to be. The game between SC Braga and Krylya Sovetov was a dramatic fixture in which late equalizers and amazing comebacks set the tone.
The see-saw battle had the Minho Warrios stepping ahead on the score twice, and then Krylya took over by the end of the period. Everything seemed to point Krylya as the winner as seconds passed by, but Be Martins rescued his team with the equaliser in the last breath of the game. Extra time saw no change in the score, and after staying perfect from the nine meters, the Portuguese side went through. The final result sends SC Braga to a semi-finals stage that, for the first time, will not have any Russian team, absolute rulers of the competition in the previous three editions.
Goals: 0-1: Jose Maria, min. 5 (1); 1-1: Bryshtel, min. 2 (1); 1-2: Jose Maria, min. 9 (2); 2-2, Filipe, min. 11 (3); 3-2: Katarino, min. 4 (3); 3-3: Bê Martins, min. 0 (3).

Catania reach second semi-final after last-minute winner by Gabriel
Catania will not miss the semi-finals round in this Euro Winners Cup 2016, either.
A last minute goal by Gabriel send the hosts through, and they will now have the chance to get into the final for the second year, after edging Swiss champions BSC Chargers Baselland. To do so, though, they will have to beat the highly-competitive Ukrainian champions: Artur Music.
The match started low, with few goal chances at both ends, but it definitely speeded up in the last period.
Rodrigo opened the score for the Catanesi, and one of the most prolific goalscorers of the competition, Rafinha, equalised for the Alpine.
No one wanted to commit any mistake, and defences ruled over offenses. With the match heading to extra time, another Brazilian international, Gabriel, tapped in the wonderful move by Rodrigo to secure a last-4 berth for his side.
Goals: 1-0: Rodrigo, min. 10 (3); 1-1: Rafinha, min. 5 (3); 2-1: Gabriel, min. 1 (3)
