Switzerland took home the silver medal, as USA finished third

Switzerland win 6-1 against Costa Rica.
The first match from the final day of action in San Salvador, saw Switzerland face Costa Rica.
The Swiss side had a two-goal advantage by the end of the first period of the match with goals from Schenk and Garcia. The trailing Costa Ricans pulled a goal back early in the second period, but strikes from Morger and Eisenegger ensured Switzerland restored their two-goal lead. Flury and Eisenegger netted the final two goals of the match to help Switzerland put the match to bed and secure their second win of the competition.
El Salvador win 3-2 against USA.
A match between hosts El Salvador and defending champions USA would settle who would become the Women’s El Salvador Beach Soccer Cup 2025 champions.
Three goals were scored in the opening period of the important encounter as El Salvador struck through Maravilla and Cordero, before Haimes pulled a goal back for the Americans. An own goal from Sunseri-Warp increased the host nation’s lead in the second period, as despite Sunseri-Warp scoring USA’s second of the match in the third period, it wasn’t enough as El Salvador won the match to take home the title on home soil.
Individual awards
During the awards ceremony in El Salvador, three individual awards were given out to the top performers from the women’s competition. The ‘Best goalkeeper’ award was given to Lisseth Maravilla, as the ‘MVP’ and ‘Top scorer’ awards were won by Paola Calderón.
