Beach Soccer Foundation and C.RE.A Host Inclusive Clinic in Viareggio

Participants and guests share a fun morning with Anastasiia Terekh and Iryna Dubytska

The clinic was held at the Matteo Valenti Beach Stadium in Viareggio, as the Beach Soccer Foundation welcomed guests from C.RE.A. for a special clinic on the sand.

Participants enjoyed a series of playful drills and activities alongside Ukraine stars Anastasiia Terekh and Iryna Dubytska, as well as Denmark coaches Luca Malinconico and Diego Garrido. The event combined fun learning and play, highlighting the sport’s inclusive and engaging qualities.

C.RE.A. (Cooperativa Sociale), founded in 1982 in Viareggio, is a social cooperative committed to promoting human dignity and social inclusion. Through various services, including support for individuals with disabilities, the elderly, minors, migrants, and employment integration, C.RE.A. empowers individuals and fosters a supportive community network.

The clinic provided the ideal platform for collaboration between the Beach Soccer Foundation and C.RE.A., combining sport and social empowerment. Participants experienced the shared mission of both organisations, creating inclusive, educational, and inspiring opportunities for all.

Raquel Gamez, Director of the Beach Soccer Foundation, said: “It’s wonderful to see participants and guests from the community connecting through beach soccer. Events like this remind us that the sport is more than competition, it’s about joy, learning, and bringing people together.”

The clinic served as the perfect interlude at the ongoing Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinals in Viareggio, giving fans and players to enjoy the celebration of beach soccer beyond its competitiveness.
