Six teams took part in the competition, also featuring 2021 AFA champions and runners-up Buenos Aires and Argentinos de Rosario
A 6-3 win over 2021 AFA Champions Buenos Aires had Arena Madryn snatching the first ever Liga Nacional Femenina de Fútbol Playa, organized by the Argentinean Football Association (AFA).
Argentino de Rosario, the runners-up of the 2021 AFA championship, bent Alianza Fontana Oeste in the fight for the third place to clinch the bronze.
The competition took place this past weekend at Puerto de Madryn, involving six teams: Buenos Aires City y Argentino de Rosario, 2021 AFA champions and runners-up, Barrio Norte (from Corrientes), Alianza Fontana Oeste, Deportivo Madryn and Arena Madryn took part in the competition.
