CONCACAF Beach Soccer Championship is ready for the semi-finals

El Salvador, USA, Bahamas and Guatemala make up the final four


Group A
Guatemala secured their second victory of the competition with a 5-1 win against Costa Rica, as the Guatemalans head to the semi-finals. López found the net on two occasions in the fixture as Marroquín, González, and Crocker scored the remaining goals for Guatemala.

A competitive encounter between Mexico and El Salvador saw the Salvadorans end their group stage journey on maximum points, defeating their opponents 7-6. El Salvador found themselves in firm control of the match with a 7-0 advantage, as Mexico’s extraordinary attempted comeback wasn’t successful in the end as El Salvador held on for their third win of the competition.

Group B
USA ended their CONCACAF Beach Soccer Championship on a high, defeating Panama 5-1. Navas and Carvalho both netted braces in the match with Silveira scoring the other goal for the Americans, as Panama’s only goal of the game came courtesy of Maquensi.

Bahamas claimed top spot in Group A on six points, defeating Trinidad & Tobago 5-4. Bahamas’ goals were scored by Williams, Julmis, Adderley, Chery, with an own goal from Trinidad & Tobago’s Bailey. A second win for Bahamas as they progressed into the semi-finals.
