Group A
Riga FC win 5-3 on penalties against CD Pozoalbaense, after a 0-0 draw in the match.
The game ended 0-0 after three periods of play and neither side managed to break the deadlock, this game required extra time and penalties.
Riga won 5-3 on penalties after a tough competitive game.
ACD O Sótão win 9–2 against BSC Batumi.
Sótão kicked off the scoring in the first period through Jéssica to put them 1-0 up. 12 seconds before the end of the period, Mesquita gave them a two-goal advantage and putting them in the driving seat.
The second period and Jéssica scored her double to give Sótão a 3-0 lead. Batumi hit back with a goal from Artmeladze but 30 seconds later it was Branco to restore a three-goal lead. Reposo and Ema scored to make it 6-2 in the closing stages of the second period.
The third period and an early goal for Sótão as Sousa scored the seventh goal for the Portuguese side. The final four minutes of the game Petra and Tita scored two more goals to beat Batumi 9-2.
Group B
CD Higicontrol win 9-1 against Estoril Praia.
Natalia opened the scoring for Higicontrol within the first two minutes. The last three minutes of the first period and three goals were scored for Higicontrol and Laura Gallego, Carol Glez and Barbara make it 4-0 to the Spanish team in the first period.
The start of the second period and Estoril pulled a goal back courtesy of Ana Marques within the first minute. The captain Andrea Mirón scored two goals for Higicontrol to put them 6-1 in front. The scoring hit seven for CD Higicontrol as Sara Tui put her name on the scoresheet.
The final period and the goals continued, Natalia scored her second of the game and the scoring was capped off by Miralles to give Higicontrol a convincing 9-1 win.
Minots De Marseille win 7-2 against ACD O Sótão B.
The first period and only one goal was scored which went the way of Marseille. Williams was the scorer of the goal.
Cuberes continued the scoring for Marseille as she put her side 0-2 up early in the second period. Sótão pulled a goal back through Sofia however moments later Medeiros Sa De Paula restored Marseille’s two goal lead.
The scoring continued as Souici topped off a great second period. Marseille went into the final 12 minutes with a 1-4 lead.
The final 12 minutes of the game and Medeiros Sa De Paula scored her second of the game to put her team 1-5 in front. With eight minutes remaining, Achkar scored the sixth goal for Marseille. Medeiros Sa De Paula completed her hat trick to give Minots De Marseille a 2-7 win.
Group C
Mazarrón win 2-0 against Lady Terracina.
The game kicked off in the first period and it was Mazarrón who took first blood as Nerea put them in front halfway through the first 12 minutes.
As the second period started it remained 1-0 to the Spanish side heading into the final 12 minutes.
The last period of the game saw Mazarrón put themselves 2-0 up through Mulero, and the final whistle blew with Mazarrón winning 2-0.
This saw them top the group and through to the next round.
Marseille BT win 8-2 against SandGames.
Marseille BT scored the first goal of the game, and it came from Barboza to put the French side 1-0 in front in the first period.
The second period of the game kicked off and within the first four seconds, it was Barboza again and she scored from kick off to double her teams lead to two. Moments later, Saki added her name to Marseille’s scoresheet as it was 3-0. Zidore made it 4-0 for the French team with six minutes left of play.
The final period and two more goals for Barboza saw Marseille 6-0 in front with seven minutes to play. It was her fourth of the game. Jane pulled a goal back for SandGames to reduce the advantage to five but Arrii and Haruki compiled the misery on SandGames to make it 8-1. Jessica scored a late consolation goal however it wasn’t to be for the Spanish team today.
Group D
Recreativo de Huelva win 4-2 on penalties against Isle of Wight, after a 3-3 draw in the match.
The first half started off with a bang for Isle of Wight as Buckingham scored within the first 10 seconds. Minutes later Sari equalised for Huelva. With four minutes left of play, Marin put Huelva in front to end the period of 2-1.
The only goal of the second period come for Huelva as Maria scored a long range shot to extend Huelva’s lead by two.
Isle of Wight scored two goals to equalise in the third period with six minutes until the final whistle. It was Vasquez and Martin the scorers of bring the English side back level.
The game couldn’t be decided in normal time so extra time was required.
BSZ Ladies win 4-1 on penalties against GD Ilha, after a 3-3 draw in the match.
The first period kicked off with an early goal for BSZ as Lydia put them in front to break the deadlock. GD Ilha equalised with eight minutes to play. Eden retook the lead for BSZ as they led into the second period.
Agostina and BSZ put themselves two goals in front but one minute later Matilde pulled a goal back to make it 3-2.
The final period and an equaliser went the way of GD Ilha as Matilde scored her second of the game and took the game to extra time.
There was no deciding goal in extra time, so penalties were required.
BSZ Ladies won 4-1 on penalties.
Group E
Red Devils Ladies Chojnice win 5-1 against Fun and Learning.
The first period started off well for the Red Devils as they saw themselves 0-1 in front through Novak as she took a shot from distance which shot straight past the goalkeeper.
It got even better for the Polish team as Adler made it 0-2 from a close range free-kick which went underneath the goalkeeper. Słowy scored the third for the Red Devils halfway through the second period to provide the group leaders with a tough challenge to comeback in the third period.
The final 12 minutes of the game and it was four. It was Nowak again after scoring a long-range strike to see the Polish side in complete control with six minutes left to play. Red Devils extended their lead to five with a long-range strike by Cykman. Fun and Learning hit back with a goal of their own through Arseneault as she flicked up the ball and fired it past the keeper to make it 1-5. The final whistle went and Red Devils claimed a 1-5 victory.
AD Pastéis win 5-4 against Cagliari BS.
The first period started, and it was Cagliari who opened the scoring through Pisa as she struck the ball from range into the bottom right-hand corner of the goal to put her side 1-0 up.
The second period kicked off and halfway through, Pastéis equalised through Sil but 20 seconds later Cagliari retook the lead with a goal from Vecchione. Two seconds after Cagliari scored, Pastéis equalised for the second time and it was that woman, Sil again to make it 2-2. Cagliari retook the lead after Vecchione smashed home a free-kick from close range to make it her second of the game. In the remaining 30 seconds, Sil completed her hat trick to make it another equaliser for Pastéis. Mayara put the Portuguese side in front with 16 seconds remaining in the period.
The final 12 minutes kicked off and it was Pastéis who extended their scoring through Milene to make it 3-5. A goal and a hat trick from Vecchione pulled it back to 5-4, however, it wasn’t enough for the Italian team to pick up any points.
Group F
Enpie Malaga win 15-2 against Cevennes.
The first period of the game was a complete control by Malaga as they were 7-0 up in the first 12 minutes, goals from Mellado who scored a first period hat trick, Chini, Cris G and Chami and an own goal by Morger all scored to put the Spanish team in cruise control.
The goals didn’t stop in the second period as Mellado scored her fourth and two from Cris G made it her hat trick and Malaga’s 10th of the game. Herbster scored a consolation goal for Cevennes.
The final period didn’t stop as the goals went in for Malaga. The goals came from Cris G, Chini to make it a double for her, Adriana chipped in and a fifth for Mellado made it 14 for Malaga. Zellweger scored in both nets for Cevennes as she scored for her team and an own goal to help Malaga comfortably win by 15-2.
SC Rappiranhas win 4–1 against AD Nazaré 2022.
Both sides were locked in together in the first period. Both sides went into the second period at 0-0 with it all to play for.
Nazaré broke the deadlock through Daniela in the second period. Nazaré’s Ana scored the second goal of the game however it was an own goal for Rappiranhas. The scoring didn’t finish there and Gebert scored for Rappiranhas with 18 seconds left of the second period.
The third period arrived, and it took until the final three minutes for a goal courtesy of Keller of Rappiranhas. In the final minute of the game Eisenegger scored to cap off a great performance from the Swiss side.
