The Spaniards clinched the title in the international group while Arsenal topped the club challenge.
Spain marked their first Copa Lagos appearance with the title as they beat hosts Nigeria 6-5 in the competition decider on Sunday.
The two sides – both on maximum points before kick-off put on a real show for the Lagos crowd in a contest that saw the lead exchange hands regularly throughout, but it was ultimately Spain who did enough with the help of an Eduard Suarez treble.
Nigeria – winners by one goal on both Friday and Saturday – finally saw their luck ran out as Spain were left to celebrate success on their first visit to Nigeria.
Morocco tied up third spot earlier in the day with a closely-contested 2-0 win over Lebanon.
Strikes from Ismail El Ouariry and Nassim El Hadaoui did the damage for Morocco who avoid bottom spot, while Lebanon signed off with a third defeat from as many games.
In the club challenge, English champions Arsenal BSC added international silverware to their trophy cabinet with a 9-5 win over Gidi Sharks.
In what was their first competition overseas, Arsenal were inspired by their six-goal captain Aaron Clarke as they claimed the title thanks to their head-to-head record against Kebbi BSC.
Kebbi BSC had earlier kept alive their hopes of lifting the title with a 7-3 win over Pepsi Football Academy, only for their loss to Arsenal to haunt them in the end.
A four-goal haul for Emmanuel Tanko ensured Kebbi second place in the end, with Gidi Sharks and Pepsi in third and fourth respectively.
