Semifinals defined at CONMEBOL Sudamericano U20

Argentina, Peru, Paraguay and Brazil still in the fight!

Four teams will keep vying for the South American U20 crown, following the completion of the group stage of the competition, held this week at the World Cup stadium, Estadio Mundialista Los Pynandi, in Asunción. 

Defending champions Brazil hosts Paraguay, Argentina and Peru topped the groups and accessed the semi-finals of the CONMEBOL Sudamericano U20, which will take place tomorrow, Saturday  14th of December. 

Argentina, following a great win over Brazil, snatched the head of group B, as a better goal-average let Paraguay top the table in Group A, with same number of points than Peru, qualified as second-ranked side.

This is the schedule for the upcoming weekend in Paraguay:

Saturday, 14th December

18:00 – Argentina vs Peru

19:30 – Paraguay vs Brazil

Sunday, 15th December

08:00 – Uruguay vs Bolivia (play-off 7th place)

09:30 – Colombia vs Ecuador (play-off 5th place)

18:30 – Match for the 3rd place

20:00 – Final
