The fifth edition of the competition took place in Figueira da Foz
The Madjer Cup 2024 has concluded as SandGames Figueira lifted the trophy in the women’s division, Naval 1893 won the U16 title, and ACD O Sótão became champions in the U14 division.
Women
Group A winners, SandGames Figueira came away with the women’s title in this year’s competition, winning 5-2 in an all-Portuguese final against Group B winners, ACD O Sótão.
This victory saw SandGames Figueira defend their Madjer Cup title.
A victory 3-1 victory for GD Ilha against Alvorninha in the 3rd/4th place match saw the Portuguese team seal third place in the tournament, as Naval 1893 finished in fifth place after a final day win against NJ Proença in the 5th/6th place match.
U16
Naval 1893 were crowned the Madjer Cup 2024 winners in the U16 tournament after a flawless campaign in the competition, winning all of their matches in the competition.
The Portuguese side successfully clinched the title, after falling short in the Madjer Cup 2023 final.
U14
Local team, ACD O Sótão took home the trophy in the U14 tournament as AD Buarcos finished in second place in the competition.
ACD O Sótão were dominant during the competition as they remained undefeated on their way to collecting eventual silverware in Portugal.
