All European Beach Soccer roads lead to Viareggio! Every nation will wish to be on Italian sands in September to stake their claim to be crowned Euro Beach Soccer League 2026 champions.

WOMEN’S EURO BEACH SOCCER LEAGUE

Regular Phase
10 Teams divided in 2 groups (A and B) of 5 based on the EBSL 2025 final standings will play in a round robin format in each group
Group A: Euro Beach Soccer League Andalucía El Puerto de Santa Maria 2026 (20-24 May)
Group B: Euro Beach Soccer League Moldova 2026 (29 July – 2 August)

Top 3 teams of each group qualify, except if Italy, given their Superfinal hosts status, finish 4th or 5th in their group, in which case, the best of the two 3rd placed teams of both groups qualifies.

Superfinal phase
Two groups of 3 teams drawn, seeding based on regular stage standings
Top two teams of each group qualify to the semi-finals (1st Group A vs 2nd Group B and 1st Group B vs 2nd Group A)
Semi-finals: Losers play for Bronze Medal, winners qualify to the Superfinal, where the new queens of Europe will be crowned.


MEN’S EURO BEACH SOCCER LEAGUE

DIVISION A

Regular Phase
16 teams divided in 4 groups (A, B, C and D) of 4, based on the EBSL 2025 final standings will play in a round robin format in each group
Top two teams of each group qualify for the stage semi-finals, with winners playing the stage final and losers playing for 3rd place
Groups A and B: Euro Beach Soccer League Andalucía El Puerto de Santa Maria 2026 (20-24 May)
Groups C and D: Euro Beach Soccer League Moldova 2026 (29 July – 2 August)

Depending on the final position of Superfinal host nation Italy at the end of the Regular Stage, the following scenarios apply:

Scenario A:
If Italy finishes the Regular Stage in 1st to 4th place, or 7th or 8th, the qualified teams will be:

  • The four best teams from the Euro Beach Soccer League Andalucía – El Puerto de Santa María
  • The four best teams from the Euro Beach Soccer League Moldova

Scenario B:
If Italy finishes the Regular Stage in 5th or 6th place, the qualified teams will be:

  • Italy
  • The three best teams from the Euro Beach Soccer League Andalucía – El Puerto de Santa María
  • The three best teams from the Euro Beach Soccer League Moldova
  • The best fourth-placed team across both Regular Phase events

Superfinal phase
Two groups of 4 teams drawn, seeding based on regular stage standings
Top two teams of each group qualify to the semi-finals (1st Group A vs 2nd Group B and 1st Group B vs 2nd Group A)
Semi-finals: Losers play for Bronze Medal, winners qualify to the Superfinal, where the new kings of Europe will be crowned.

Relegation
The 2 lowest-ranked teams from Euro Beach Soccer League Andalucía El Puerto de Santa María and Euro Beach Soccer League Moldova will play in Viareggio in a round-robin format, with the two lowest-ranked teams being relegated to Division B.


DIVISION B

All Division B teams will compete at the Euro Beach Soccer League Georgia 2026 in Batumi between 15 and 19 July.

The best 4 teams from the group stage move through to the semi-finals, with the two semi-final winners playing the final and both achieving promotion to 2027 Division A.
