Quarter-Finals Confirmed for the Women’s World Winners Cup!

The last group matches concluded, setting the stage for the knockout rounds


With the group stages now concluded, the stage is set for the women’s quarter-finals at the World Winners Cup 2025 in Sicily. The draw has produced some thrilling contests, and with a place in the semi-finals at stake, every side will be aiming to take a decisive step closer to lifting the prestigious trophy.

Group A
Säo Pedrro BS win 5-3 against BSC Mriya-Servit

Luana struck twice in the opening period, giving Säo Pedrro BS a comfortable 2–0 lead as Mriya-Servit struggled to settle.

Manau added a brace in the second period, while Shulha pulled one back to make it 4–1 heading into the final period.

Säo Pedrro held their advantage until the last four minutes, when Shulha’s second goal sparked a brief fightback. Sil quickly restored the three-goal cushion, and although Koval responded late, Mriya-Servit ran out of time. Säo Pedro BS sealed a 5–3 victory.

Group B
Higicontrol Melilla win 10-0 against Beach Soccer-UES

Andrea opened the scoring early, and Bychkova doubled the lead to put Higicontrol 2–0 up at the first break. Beach Soccer UES struggled to cope with the intensity of their opponents.

The second period was all Higicontrol, as Carol, Nara, Vecchione, and Andrea added to the tally to make it 5–0. The Spanish side was firmly in control, leaving BS-UES without answers.

Laura, Natalia, Sara and Nara rounded off the scoring in the final period, completing a comprehensive 10–0 triumph for Higicontrol Melilla.

Group C
Marseille BT  win 7-2 against Lazo Apego

Hina opened the scoring just four minutes into the match, but Privitera responded midway through the first period to level the game at 1–1.

Marseille BT turned up the intensity in the second period, netting three goals to take a commanding 4–1 lead heading into the final period.

Hina added her second goal early in the third, but further strikes from Berrahou, Privitera, and Martinez sealed a dominant 7–2 victory for the French side.

Group D
BSZ Ladies win 3-2 against Cali BSC

Eden opened the scoring early in the first period, giving BSZ Ladies a slim 1–0 advantage at the break. Cali BSC battled but could not find the equaliser.

Dominguez struck just after the restart to bring Cali level, but Joana and Küffer responded quickly to restore BSZ Ladies’ lead at 3–1. Galluccio reduced the deficit before the second break to a 3-2 score.

The final period produced no further goals, as BSZ Ladies stood firm in defence to hold on to their narrow 3–2 win.
