The Czech Republic have home advantage this month against Denmark, Austria and Slovakia.
Czech Republic and Denmark will continue their build-ups to Euro Beach Soccer League when they compete in the Central Europe Cup next weekend.
Held between June 24th and June 26th in Prague, the tournament is sanctioned by Beach Soccer Worldwide and will offer a final chance for the hosts and the Danes to tune up their preparations for the EBSL.
The first leg of the league takes place a week later in Moscow, although the Czechs and the Danes do not feature until the second and third leg respectively, which take place in Sanxenxo, Spain, and Siofok, Hungary.
The hosts should go into the Central Europe Cup in good shape, having already contested four friendlies this year.
Martin Starec’s men have beaten Hungary twice in friendlies before slipping to narrow defeats against Germany earlier this month.
Austria and Slovakia complete the four-team round robin competition, which will see the two games take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Czech capital.
The Austrians and Slovakia will both have FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup qualification on their minds as they play their first games of 2016 in what promises to be an entertaining competition.
Results and standings for the Central Europe Cup will be made available at www.beachsoccer.com shortly after the competition.
