The match schedule of the first phase of this year’s showdown in Nazaré has been released
From May 28th until June 3rd, the Euro Winners Cup will return to Nazaré, Portugal, where the best men’s teams from across the continent are set to battle it out on the sand, in pursuit of being crowned European champions.
The first fixtures for seven (of nine) groups that make up the Euro Winners Cup have been announced. This means that 26 out of the 34 teams now know their match details for the group stages.
The other eight teams (which will make up groups H and I) will be decided in the days before the competition at the Nazaré Beach Soccer Cup, in which the teams must top their groups to qualify for the Euro Winners Cup.
These extra match details will be announced following the results of the Nazaré Beach Soccer Cup (25th – 27th May).
