Brazil remain unbeaten, having defended the Intercontinental Cup, and are November’s Movers of the Month
The world’s highest ranked side Brazil are Movers of the Month for November, following their success at the Huawei Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup.
Gilberto Costa’s men – who boast an unbeaten run that stretches back 47 matches to 2015 – bolster their impressive points haul at the top of the rankings ahead of Portugal, Iran and Russia with Italy and Tahiti again swapping places to move to fifth and sixth respectively.
Elsewhere in the top 20, Egypt climb to 18th after their sixth-place finish at the Huawei Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup in Dubai with Ecuador and Nigeria slipping to 19th and 20th as a result.
Nigeria will have the chance to bounce back when they host the Copa Lagos in mid-December while their rivals during the three-day tournament, Morocco will also hope to break back into the world’s top 25.
The only other changes in the top 30 sees France jump back above the USA into 29th with all nations having another month left to rack up ranking points for 2017.
