Russia invites volunteers to be a part of the showdown... Recruitment now open!
On Friday, 11 June, the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Russia 2021 Local Organizing Committee launched the volunteer program for the upcoming FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021, which will be held from 19 August to 29 August in Moscow.
Representatives of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021™ Volunteer Center in Moscow held an open seminar at the RANEPA academy, the largest educational institution in Russia and one of the leading universities in the areas of public policy, public administration, and business administration, represented by 52 branches in 47 regions. They talked with students about the upcoming championship, the specifics of volunteering at international tournaments, shared their experience and signed a cooperation agreement with the academy.
“We are delighted to announce that the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021 is opening doors for volunteers. After a difficult period of the pandemic, volunteers will again have the opportunity to prove themselves, so it is crucial to provide comfortable conditions that will allow volunteers to unleash their professional potential or hone existing skills.
Joy in volunteers’ eyes guarantees that the event will go in a warm and joyful atmosphere. Their unity, openness, and disinterested desire to help inspire even the most notorious skeptics. We are looking forward to August to meet the new volunteer members of our team personally,” Ilya Volodarsky, First Deputy General Director of the Local Organizing Committee of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021, said.
The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021 will be one of the first global sporting events available for volunteers after 2020. Our volunteers will work through a new specialized Internet platform that FIFA presented in 2021. This platform provides access to FIFA volunteer programs worldwide, which will help you continue your path and career with FIFA.To host the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021 in Moscow, the LOC will involve about 200 volunteers in the following areas: marketing, accreditation, match organization, protocol, media, refereeing, team services, ticketing, transport, logistics, broadcasting, security, and headquarters volunteers.

Each volunteer will receive official FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021 adidas equipment, free access to public transport, and souvenirs a, as well as meals during shifts, and an official FIFA volunteer participation certificate.
The LOC will also provide the volunteers with regular COVID-19 testing and all the necessary personal protective equpment for each participant in the program.
Volunteering will not only provide an opportunity to attend the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2021 matches, but also you the chance to acquire professional skills and enjoy a unique experience within the organization of global international events.
