Parse Jonoubi defeated Golsaposh Yazd in a hard-fought match in Boshehr City on October 10th, 2014 to repeat as champions
The Iran Beach Soccer Premier League started on the 8th of May 2014 and finished October 10th, 2014, with Parse Janoubi taking home the crown, for a second consecutive year, after an exciting finale. Last year the same team was named Daryanavardan Boushehr. This was the seventh year of the league and it proved to be a great success with all of the sides being very competitive and establishing themselves throughout the course of the season. The runner-up was Golsaposh and they will look to build on their strong finish next year after coming up just short this season. In the consolation match, Khazar Roudsar came out on top to finish in the very respectable 3rd spot. The squads played a 14 week schedule with home and away matches against their opponents and the top two sides from each division advanced to the semifinals.
Thirteen top sides, which included players from the Iranian National Selection, took part in the triumphant season. There were six teams put into a North Division: Malavan Bandar Gaz, Heffe Semnan, Ghoye Sefid Anzali, Khazar Roudsar, Losman Morvarid, and Faezkaran Sari. The seven other teams were sorted into the South Division: Yaran Esfahan, Mobarakeh Esfahan, Daryanavardan Pars Jonoubi, Shahrdari Bandar Abbas, Take Tiran Esfahan, and Jahanejadian Abadan, as the clubs hailed from all over Iran. Next season is just around the corner and many of the leagues’ players will be competing in the upcoming World Cups’ qualifiers among other premium beach soccer events.
