The continental league decider will take place in the Estonian resort between 20th and 23rd of August
Beach Soccer keeps conquering frontiers. The Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal and Promotion Final will have a new venue for this exciting 2015 season: Pärnu (Estonia), will be crowning a new European Champion, and a new Division A team, next August (20th-23rd). Beach Soccer Worldwide, the Pärnu City Council, the Estonian Football Association and the Estonian Beach Soccer Association have presented the agreement, in a press conference held this morning at the Pärnu City Hall.
The press conference was presided by the Mayor of Pärnu, Toomas Kivimagi, the Head Director of the Estonian FA, Tonu Sirel, Beach Soccer Worldwide Deputy Vice president, Gabino Renales, and Kari Andri Kask, head of the Estonian Beach Soccer Association.
Toomas Kivimagi, Mayor of Pärnu, highlighted the excellent opportunity a Worldwide known competition like the Euro Beach Soccer League Superfinal brings to the city: “We are really proud to have such a prestigious event as the Euro Beach Soccer League coming to Pärnu, in which becomes the first ever top-flight international event in our city. At the same time, it also opens an excellent opportunity to widen our beach season and to welcome beach soccer fans from all over Europe”.
In the same sense, Tonu Sirel, Head Director of the Estonian FA, assured that “to host such a big international competition is a great step forward for the Estonian football”.
Gabino Renales, Vicepresident of Beach Soccer Worldwide, thanked the Estonian FA and the City of Pärnu “for their availability and the huge interest they have been showing during the last months. They were made it very clear that they wanted to host the Euro Beach Soccer Superfinal, and they made us feel very confident. I can only thank the Estonian FA and the City of Pärnu for their attitude and interest”.
