The two Brazilian stars join the Timão from Vasco da Gama and Santos for this third edition of the Mundialito de Clubes
Sport Club Corinthians Paulista have recruited two of the most bright Brazilian beach soccer stars. Three weeks before the beginning of the III Mundialito de Clubes, the Timão have signed Bruno Xavier, currently considered the best player in the world after he won the adidas Golden Ball at the recently concluded FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Tahiti 2013, and Bruno Malias, arguably one of the best players in the history of the Verdeamarela and the only one to have taken part at the seven editions of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup played to date.
With this move, the Paulista side secure two great stars that might boost their chances of going all the way in this third edition of the Mundialito de Clubes, held for the first time in Rio de Janeiro, after two previous unsatisfactory performances.
Vasco da Gama, another of the big guns in the Beach Soccer clubs competition will now need to move quickly and certainly to fill the gap that Bruno Xavier will leave in the squad.
